Time is no more then a trickle of water

The dictionary defines time as, "indefinite and continuous duration regarded as that in which events succeed one another." Because it is indefinite, it can't be proven, but we know time is real from the evidence it leaves behind. There is no control of time, only capturing moments, another way of proving time. To live in the moment is really the only way to live. Some just know how to make those moments more memorable. The mind has the power to remember the past, think in the present, and plan to the future. We can learn from our mistakes, but time has a tendency to play tricks on people. It has a way of escaping us, yet it drags on when you are waiting for it to pass.

"If time is my vessel, then learning to love
Might be my way back to sea" from Interpol's Public Pervert on the Antics album
